UPP UTOS Bila Tserkva
The
enterprise "UPP UTOS" from city Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region, Ukraine is more
than seven decades spend actions on sociolabor, medical and professional
rehabilitation of invalids - citizens of Ukraine who cannot compete on a
labour market. The enterprise provides employment, medical and social
protection more than 1000 invalids who live in capital Kiev area. The
collective of the enterprise carries out the state program on creation of
workplaces for invalids.

Production of the enterprise
|
More than 30 years the enterprise is the leader in the market of manufacture
and delivery to the domestic market competitive electrotechnical production
for lift and machine-building complexes. More than 70 % of production are
exported to the markets of the CIS countries.
We produce: the low-voltage equipment - position switches
VPK-2000B, VP-15Ê, VP-73, VP-21, VP-24 ; switches of safety VB-5, a
series of devices of protection of safety of consumers of the electric
power- PAR-10, PAR-16, PAR-25; devices of protective switching-off from an
overvoltage Delta 1-2, Delta 2-4, PARU-10, PARU-16, PAR-25À. Different
electrodevices : switches, sockets, cartridges,patrons,wall outlets,
thermodevices TR-1, ÒÐ-10-250. Significant assortment of the consumer goods:
a magnetic latch; clothespins for linen; clips; a furniture nail; locks.
All production of the enterprise is certificated, made of high-quality
materials with application of silver contacts and details with the high
content of copper.
| The basic technological divisions: |
1. A workshop of
processing plastics (thermoplastic),an annual
volume of a processing - 500 tons.
2. A workshop of a
cold metalware - an
annual volume of metal processing - 400
tons.
3. A workshop of an
hardware manufacturing -
an annual volume of processing of nonferrous
metals - 300 tons.
4. A workshop of galvanic
covering - a capacity - 1000 tons a year.
The involved automatic transfer lines of a covering: zinc
plating, nickel plating, oxidation, phosphatizing,
chromium plating, silvering.
At the enterprise capacities of auxiliary
manufacture - power and mechanical services, mechanical-repair and tool shop
are involved.
